The Glen Burnie location is open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The center provides care for children 2 years through 10 years of age. For school age children, transportation is available for Glen Burnie Park Elementary and Southgate Elementary. Glen Burnie Park is licensed for 60 children.

In all classrooms, Joy In Learning provides two snacks per day: morning and afternoon. Breakfast is served for an additional charge. Children bring their own lunches daily.

The 4 year old preschool program operates from 8:30 – 11:00 a.m., and follows the Anne Arundel County Public School schedule. This program is in session from September through June.

Each eligible staff member participates in the Maryland State Department of Education Child Care Credential.

At the Whispering Woods Center, Joy In Learning is open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily. The center accepts children from 2 years to 10 years of age. Transportation may be arranged for Windsor Farm Elementary, Cape St. Claire Elementary, and Broadneck Elementary. Whispering Woods is licensed for 66 children.

Joy In Learning provides two snacks per day: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Breakfast is available for an additional charge. Children bring a lunch from home. If a lunch requires heating, the staff can accommodate.

The 4 year old preschool program operates from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and follows the Anne Arundel County Public School Schedule. The program runs 180 days from September through June.

The Marley Park center is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Marley Center accepts children 2 years to 4 years of age. Marley Park Elementary is close by for children attending morning or afternoon preschool through AACPS. At this time, Marley Park is licensed to care for 36 children.

The Columbia Center is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Center accepts children from 8 weeks to 10 years of age. For school age children, transportation accommodations may be arranged for Jeffers Hill Elementary and Talbot Springs Elementary. The Columbia Center is licensed for 94 children.

Hot lunches are provided two days per week. Children bring lunches the other days. Breakfast is available for an additional charge. Two snacks are provided daily - one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

The 4 year old preschool program operates from 9:00 - 11:30 a.m., and follows the Howard County Public School schedule. This program is in session from September through June.
